I’m a registered dietitian and online nutrition coach who helps women in their late 20s–40s break free from fad diets and finally create sustainable, long-lasting health habits. My coaching blends evidence-based nutrition, mindset work, and lifestyle guidance across the pillars of nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress management, self-care, and movement. My services include 1:1 coaching (various tiers), group programs like 75 to Thrive, lab test reviews (GI-MAP, DUTCH, bloodwork), performance nutrition for runners and HYROX athletes, and education on emotional eating, perimenopause symptoms, hormone balance, gut health, and sustainable fat loss. My brand is warm, empowering, supportive, and focused on helping women build confidence, consistency, and a healthier relationship with food so they can truly thrive.
