Welcome to Thrive LI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.thrive-li.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Thrive LI, Corp ("Thrive LI," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, submitting our forms, or otherwise interacting with our services, you ("you" or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Thrive LI

2. Eligibility and Account Information
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when communicating with us.
3. Coaching Services, Fees, and Scheduling
Coaching packages, pricing, and scheduling policies are provided to you at enrollment. Coaching sessions and check-ins are scheduled directly with Thrive LI.
4. Refunds and Cancellations

5. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number through the form on https://www.thrive-li.com/contact and checking the consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive transactional and informational SMS text messages from Thrive LI, Corp about coaching session scheduling, appointment reminders, check-ins, and billing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you may request help by replying HELP. Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and the account holder of the mobile phone number provided, or have the authority of the account holder to consent to receive SMS messages.
6. Conduct and Termination
Thrive LI reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client whose behavior is abusive, disruptive, or otherwise inconsistent with a positive coaching relationship.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, video, logos, and methodologies, is the property of Thrive LI, Corp or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrive LI disclaims all warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrive LI, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Thrive LI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thrive LI, Corp, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site or services.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
