I used to believe that being healthy and seeing results meant eating as “clean” as possible and burning as many calories as I could during every workout. I even spent almost a decade as a strict vegan, thinking it was the only way to be my healthiest self.

 

That level of restriction always caught up with me - I would always end up burnt out and back at square one.

Finding my way out of that cycle led me to develop a more balanced, evidence-based coaching approach focused on skill-building and sustainability to once and for all achieve long-lasting results, without having to "start over" every now and then.
