Daniela & Samantha's Story:

We met in 2013 on the first day of our Dietetic Technician program at Suffolk Community College and instantly bonded over our distinct appreciation for integrative and functional nutrition.    

We both became Dietetic Technicians in October 2015. Daniela went on to complete her Bachelor's degree at Long Island University for Dietetics and Nutrition. She completed her Dietetic Internship at SUNY Stony Brook and became a Registered Dietitian in July 2018.

We believe in an integrative and functional approach to health and wellness. We emphasize our belief that nutrition is not a one-size fits all by creating an individualized, non-diet approach to cultivate a healthy relationship with food.

Our Mission:

We want to empower our clients to create sustainable long-term habits needed in order to become the healthiest versions of themselves.
